The Word and Music Company was founded in 2010. Offices are based at The Riverside Studios, Crisp Rd, London W6 9RL, on the banks of the Thames in West London.

WAM Co. is currently producing 4 shows:
'I'm a rainbow too'-a play about Bob Marley written by Benjamin Zephanaiah and Clint Dyer. The seed commission workshop will take place in the first week of September. Director: Clint Dyer.
'Londonstani'-a play based on Gautam Malkanis's best-selling novel. The asian music producer Rishi Rich is writing the music for this show. Musical Director: Mike Dixon.
'Seven Deadly Sins'-Music: Kurt Weill, Text: Brecht, english translation: WH Auden.
'The Write Track: A Theatre Series'- The Write Track is a theatre series which will launch in 2012. 3x30 mins acts, each act takes place in a train carriage. The form can be straight theatre, opera, musical theatre,physical theatre. The central stage will be surrounded by up to 200 singers/voices forming the soundscape and playing cameos. The Write track is a vehicle for actors,singers,writers,directors,designers. There will be one show a month, for years. Characters will appear and re-appear. It will be a pop-up theatre.
